There a couple of possibilities for a scenario like this to happen.
First, have you seen the notification after pressing the "Send" button? If not, you may want to try distributing the files one more time to be sure. If you still do not see it, please contact Screener Support.
If you've seen the notification but still haven't received the files, check your email's spam folder. Sometimes, they get sent there instead of your inbox.
