Your username is a non-editable word that you or your administrator has chosen to identify your user account, such as your full name. It is not your email address.
How to locate your username:
1. Click profile icon located at the upper right corner of the screen.
Clicking that will show you your account details which includes your username.
*Usernames can not be changed.
*This guide is only available to users who can access their accounts. If you do not know your username, please coordinate with an Administrator in your company or contact Support.
