Reboot (Preferred methods):
Do an hourglass swipe on your device, enter your screen network password and choose 'Reboot Device'. If this is not possible, please contact Support so they can remotely reboot this for you.
Force Reboot:
Please use this method only if the above methods are not possible and Screener Support has approved use.
Shutdown the 10” tablet by inserting the metal rod, provided with the unit, into the reset hole located in the top right hand corner of the tablet.
The store manager should have the metal rod (one per unit was supplied).
Press the rod for approximately 4 seconds.
The tablet will display two options:
- Cancel — this cancels the operation and returns to playing content
- Shutdown — power off the unit.
Touch the Shutdown option.
Restart:
Following the same process as above, depress the metal rod and hold for 4 seconds. The tablet should automatically load to the correct content
