Why hasn't my file uploaded?

First thing you should check is your internet connection. Sometimes, files take time to upload if you're experiencing slow or unstable internet connection.

To find out if this is the cause of the issue, there are a couple of websites that can help you find out. You can try http://www.speedtest.net and press "Begin Test".
