1. To learn more about a particular file, go to the 'Files' menu.
2. Double click the file that you want learn more about from.
3. Double clicking a file will open a lightbox that contains a range of information about the file. You can go through the 4 tabs 'Properties', 'Edit', 'Email' and 'Share'.
Properties include the following information:
- File name
- Dimentions
- File type
- File size
- When it was uploaded
- Who uploaded the file
- The Link URL
- Notes (if any)

In 'Edit', you have a list of other options:
- Title - This does not change the file name, rather the alt-text ie. the text that appears if you hover over an image, as read by Google.
- Licensing - Choose between Royalty Free (ie you own the file) or Rights Managed (ie you need to acknowledge/pay artist every time image is used).
- Rating - Assign a rating to the image. Currently, this is not an operating feature and will be expanded in future upgrades.
- Tags - Otherwise known as Keywords, helps you find relevant files quickly.
- Notes - You can add notes about the file here if you wish
- Clicking on 'Manipulate' will allow you to edit the image.
- 'Download' button will allow you to download the file to your computer.

The 'Email' tab will allow you to email this file to others. Use commas to separate multiple emails.
The 'Share' tab will allow you to share this file in your social media sites. Just choose which social media account it goes to and add in a message for your followers.
