To download the contact details to your computer:
- You need to either create a list, or select a pre-existing list from the left hand column of the Contacts page.
- Then, click on the 'Download' icon at the bottom of the Contacts page.
- If the file is large, Publisher will not download the file to your computer, but rather will send you an email link for easy access.
- You will now have a .csv file containing the Contact details that can be read from any Excel-type program.
