To delete one or many contacts you need to be in the Contacts sections of Publisher, first you need to search for the contact(s) you wish to delete. (See Searching for Contacts).
There are two ways to delete contacts.
1. Delete Contact Details Box
- This is ideal for deleting one or a few contacts.
- When you have searched for the contact, double click on it.
- A box will open that contains all the information stored.
- Click the ‘Delete’ button which you will find on the top left of the box.

- You will get a warning message. Click 'OK' if you are satisfied and the contact will be deleted.
2. 'Delete Selected' Icon
- This is ideal for deleting multiple contacts or a list.
- All contacts that match the search criteria will appear in a list.
- Once you have your list, double check that it is correct.
- Click on the 'Delete Selected' orange icon at the bottom of the Contacts page. You will get a warning message. Click 'OK'. All contacts that appear in the list will be deleted.

NB: You may need to repeat the search process using different filters to ensure all your contacts have been isolated and deleted.
