How to Use Screener Support

Help Knowledge Base / Self-Help

 

There are a few ways to use Self Help. 

1. Search Bar

 

To use search bar, type in a few keywords on the topic or question you have. Articles will appear based on the relevance or match of the keywords you have entered. 

2. Articles by Category

Click through the 3 main categories to find articles that can help you out. The articles are structured in a similar fashion to your experience with Screener. 

Each article includes step by step instructions supported by image screencaps, videos, tips and links to other useful resources. Articles are updated regularly. 

If you can't find the answer you're after then you can always contact us.

Getting Help – Online

You can contact us via the request form and we'll be in touch as soon as possible. 

Please ensure you provide us as much information as possible, this will assist us to resolve your issue quicker. Suitable information to include:

– Link to the page
– Screencaps
– Internet browser (i.e. Internet Explorer 10 or Google Chrome)
– Description of problem / how did it occur / error message (if available)
– What have you done to try to resolve it?
