For the month of November, we’ve added more features in order to improve the look and feel of Publisher .
Sites Editor refined and re-designed.
We're pleased to announce our new-look Sites Editor which includes all the rich functionality you've come to expect, in a clean and easy-to-use interface.
With improvements to ergonomics and workflow, we have created a more intuitive approach to help you manage your site structure. The update includes personalised navigation folders and a new quick access icon set to save you time when editing.
New Look
All navigation sets are now visible as the default view. Here, you will see all your available pages in your site including: the pages in the Main Navigation Set, other navigation sets, your Site Widgets, your ‘Loose Items’, and your unedited pages.
Loose Pages and Unedited Pages are now found on the left side of your screen, right under the navigation sets. No more scrolling down to find that page you just created!
These features are hot-off-the-press:
- Create and edit new navigation sets
- Drag folder structures between navigation sets
- View staging site
We've provided easier functionality to:
- Duplicate pages
- Delete pages
- Rename pages
- View your staging site
- View your live site
- Reorder pages
- And a new-look navigation panel.
Create personalised folders.
Creating your own folder is now a click away. You can add, edit and delete folders as you wish.
Personalised folders allow you to plan & manage your own folder structures.
Why use personalised folders?
Well... perhaps you want to archive old site structures or prepare a new lot of pages. It is a great way to manage your loose pages in a group that makes sense to the users of your site.
These folders allow you to store as many pages as you need.

Retain page structures when moving into new folder.
Now that folder structures can be set inside your personalised folder, you can move the top folder and its subpages to another folder while keeping its structure intact.
Retaining your folder structure is now more manageable and allows you to continue editing site content with ease.
Intuitive quick access icons
On the left side of the pages, there are new icons that appear when you hover over pages, giving you options. Just click on the icons and experience how easy it is to manage your pages!

Having the right tools in front of you makes a big difference.
Simple and useful icons conveniently allow you to access all the features that you need including view live site, view staging site, rename page and delete page.
What is the difference between a staging site and a live site?
The staging site displays all the un-approved and un-published pages of your site. If you need approval from another team member, you can send them your private staging site link so they can review the site without needing to log into your account.
The live site will display all approved and published pages. It can be accessed via search engines (if you have that feature switched on).
Contacts New Search Button
Before, contacts were automatically loaded as you clicked on your filters. This sometimes causes a problem for those who are using a slower internet connection. The new Contacts Search Button resolves that issue. Now, you can set your filters without automatically loading contacts which eases your bandwidth usage. Once done, just click the button and the contacts will show up according to the parameters you have set.
