This step allows you to schedule your email campaign. You can commence this step in one of two ways - either after you have completed 'Build your Email', or when you are in the Email Marketing section of Publisher and click on 'Schedule Campaign'.
Then click the blue Schedule Campaign button located on the left hand side above the list of previously scheduled emails. NB: Your email will not appear in the scheduled list until you have scheduled your campaign

Step 1 Set-up
Fill out the required fields.
- The 'Contact List' will be the recipients of your email campaign. You must have previously created this list in Contacts. See Contacts - Creating Lists for help.
- Select which email you wish to send from the 'Campaign email' drop down list. This will be one of the emails you created in the Build Campaign step.
- Once all details are filled in, click next.
Step 2 Test Email
- You can send a test email to preview what your campaign will look like and check for any formatting or content errors. Just provide the email addresses where the test can be sent.
- Click 'Send' and the email will be sent to your test recipients only

- Before you can proceed you will need to check your email and tick the blue box that all the information is correct
- Click 'Next' to continue

Step 3 Delivery Time
Before you send the campaign, enter your email address in the first box to ensure you (and/or your colleagues) receive a confirmation email that it has been sent.
There are two ways to send your campaign:
- To send the campaign in the future: eg 9.00am next Monday to coincide with a product launch, set the time and date accordingly
- To send the campaign as soon as possible, tick the appropriate box
- Click Next
Step 4 - Summary
Double check all the campaign details are correct in this summary.
- If all details are correct, click the 'Approve and Schedule Campaign' button.
- If you wish to alter details, click 'Previous' until you get to the section you would like to edit. Then click 'Approve and Schedule'
- Your campaign will be sent at the requested time.
