Depending on your level of authority, there are three different 'Save' options.
Save
As an Editor, once you are done, click on Save.
A window will open, asking you to make comments. Make a short note of the changes you made. The notes will be viewed by an Administrator or Editor, who will approve and publish your changes.
Click on Save.
Exit the page by clicking on any of the sections or breadcrumbs at top of page.
Whilst your changes are saved, the live site will not change until a Publisher/Administrator goes into the same page to Save & Approve, then Publish the changes.
On the navigation site, your page will now be highlighted orange until the changes are saved and approved.
Save & Approve
As an Administrator or Publisher, you will see both options to Save, or to Save & Approve.
Click on Save to save your progress, but once you are done, click on Save & Approve.
A box will pop open, asking you to make comments. Make a short note of the changes you made. The page will be approved, as you have the authority. Click on Save.
To approve changes made by an Editor, you can:
- Go into the same page that will be highlighted orange & Save & Approve their changes, or
- Firstly, check their comments found on the Home Dashboard.
- Next to listed Websites, you will see a warning sign, referring to unapproved changes;
- Click on the warning sign, to see the expanded list, with notes explaining the changes;
- If you approve the pages, click on view page;
- Follow the steps to Save & Approve.
Exit the page by clicking on any of the sections or breadcrumbs at top of page.

On the Navigation page, you will now see the Publish button. When you are ready, you may publish the changes so that they appear on the live website.
Cancel
To leave the page without making any changes, click on Cancel.
